• Looking for tenant: Two bedrooms on offer in our sharehouse in Pakenham VIC! In addition to the rooms, the housemates moving in will share a toilet and big bathroom between them, and there is a spare bedroom to be shared amongst all housemates as a communal space for crafting, study, leisure, etc, a living room and kitchen as shown in the pictures, a laundry room, a spacious garage, street and driveway parking, and a lovely backyard. All bedrooms are 2.7 x 3 meters in size, and contain a huge window with curtains and a built-in wardrobe. Rent and bond for each housemate will be *at most* 724.3$/month and 550.6$ respectively, depending on the total amount of housemates, of which, if you move in, there will be at least 3. The total rent and bond for the whole house, 2173$/month and 1652$ respectively, will be divided equally between all housemates. We’re aiming for 4 housemates total, which means a 543.25$/month rent & 413$ bond respectively! The house is 3-6 minutes' walk to Pakenham Lifestyle Centre, which contains JB HiFi and a large variety of shops and restaurants, same distance to Officeworks and Bunnings, and a bus stop. 9 minutes' walk to Coles Village Lakeside, with Coles, Aldi, a pharmacy, an Asian grocery, a huge variety of restaurants, the Cardinia Shire cultural center, and a lake with lots of ducks and other aquatic birds. The house is Queer friendly, POC friendly, SW friendly, 420 allowed in the backyard, no smoking, both singles and couples are welcome, and pets are welcome so long as they get along well with our own dog, Blancita. Accessibility: The front door has a small step, and so does the door connecting the garage to the house. You will be living with us, Zara & Petal, we live together in our own bedroom with its attached ensuite. We are: Zara, she\her, 28 years old: I play guitar, makes geometric art, practice tricks in soccer and I'm going to start a carpentry apprenticeship soon. I love practicing in super smash bros melee and am super into ornamental architecture. Petal, they\them, 23 years old: I'm a physics undergraduate student, I like reading, cycling, and cooking. According to Zara at least, I'm "brainy, but also pretty ditzy". (Zara's words, though given all the times she had to stop me from absentmindedly walking into traffic.... yeah) Blancita, our small elderly Maltese Shi Tzu doggo, 11 years old: Friendly to people and other dogs, very loving and most of the time fairly sleepy due to her age. Very treat motivated, which always makes for hilarious and adorable displays whenever treats are offered to her. Will greet you to the house by standing up on her hind legs and pawing in the air at you. We're not a loud party household, but we'll definitely be up to nice dinners and tea if you want to!
